• assist company manager in making management plans and procedures of HR department and policy development. • make overall plans of Human resources development and govern the operation of programs • assist company manager to execute and follow-up Head office’s Human Resources strategies, plans and actions. • provide the management team with advises on HR management and improve the organization chart of company, control cost of human resources effectively • be responsible for management, recruit, interview new non-China employees, set up check-up system and make routine check for non-China employees. • participate in Saudi Aramco Project bidding and execution, study the HR and saudization requirements of Saudi Aramco project and make saudizaition and training management plans/procedures per project requirements. • assist company/project manager to recruit Saudi employees per project saudizaiton requirements , and make training plan to satisfy project requirements. • Monitor saudizaion rate during project execution and assist making periodic saudization report and give advice to improve the saudizaiton management. • build the working atmosphere and company culture, to develop and maintain internal and external relationship. • Other works related to HR management requested by Company.
