1- Liaises with direct manager to ensure the support to the site and the team. 2- Manages and implements SACC systems to ensure that processes are followed. 3- Trains all site staff in the SACC quality system ensures concepts are understood, followed and consistent service is delivered by means of toolbox talks and in post training. 4- Maintains adequate staffing levels and rosters in accordance with the labour budget. 5- Creates opportunities with site staff for information exchange. 6- Complete paperwork in timely and efficient manner. 7- Meets with site staff to identify high risk tasks or hazardous situations and introduces appropriate control mechanisms. 8- Complies with appropriate HSE requirements. 9- Delivery of budgeted profit through management of food costs, labor costs and overhead costs. 10- Manage client relationships through regular formal and informal interaction, dealing with and resolving issues quickly without compromising the expected profitability of the project. 11- Attract and retain experienced effective management team and workforce who are dedicated to the long-term completion of the project (minimize staff turnover). 12- Ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are consistently maintained in accordance with the SACC Quality Assurance Program. 13- Responsible for all camp administration. 14- Stock control and proper store management. 15- Wastage control. 16-Ordering of stock as per schedule and ensure that sufficient DOS is on hand. 17- To keep within budgets for labour, food, cleaning materials and utensils and all other miscellaneous cost. 18- Effective control of company and client assets as scheduled in the contract.
