- The Senior Site Architect is to act in a Lead Consultant role as DSA’s site representative. - Managing and supervising the DSA Site Supervision team, which may include Assistant Site Architects, Architectural Inspectors, document controllers, and other admin staff - Coordinating all Architects, and sub-consultants site supervision team’s tasks and duties in accordance with the Construction contract requirements and DSA work QA & QC work procedures - Construction Contract requirements and compliance - Obtain copy and familiarize with the requirements of the contract for all site supervision duties as required from the Site Consultant team - Obtain DSA letter providing written authorization and delegation of duties under this Site Architect role - Overseeing the implementation at the site or project office of general office tasks, housekeeping and document control, ensuring that the site team comply with all the agreed procedures - Maintaining a full set of Design drawings, schedules, specifications etc - Request and approve the contractors documentation in advance of the works starting - Final Inspection and snagging at project close out and handover
