1. IT Support and Troubleshooting: - Provide technical assistance and support to end-users regarding hardware, software, networking, and other IT-related issues. - Diagnose and resolve technical problems, both remotely and in-person, ensuring minimal disruption to workflow. - Respond promptly to IT support requests, prioritize tasks, and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members or vendors, if required. - Maintain accurate records of support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in a ticketing system. 2. Network and System Administration: - Assist in the administration and maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. - Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure optimal network availability and performance. - Configure and manage network services, such as DHCP, DNS, VPN, and NGINX. - Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and access controls. 3. IT Assets Management: - Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and peripherals. - Coordinate IT asset procurement, including researching and recommending suitable products, obtaining quotes, and tracking purchases. - Install, configure, and update software applications on workstations, laptops, and servers. - Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and maintain accurate asset records.
