Job description: Overview: - The Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of facility maintenance and repair activities. This role requires strong organizational, leadership, and technical skills to ensure the efficient and effective upkeep of all facilities and equipment. The supervisor will lead a team of maintenance technicians to maintain a safe, clean, and functional environment. Responsibilities: Supervisory Duties: - Recruit, hire, and train maintenance staff. - Assign tasks and schedules to ensure efficient workflow. - Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and coaching. - Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
