Resident Alien has received a season 4 release window update from star and producer Alan Tudyk. The show, based on the comic book series of the same name by Peter Hogan and Steve Parkhouse, was released on Syfy in January 2021. Resident Alien's cast features Tudyk in the titular role, and focuses on an extraterrestrial who is sent to Earth to wipe out humanity, but develops compassion for humans, eventually defending them from other alien threats. The series has so far run for three seasons and 34 episodes, and in June 2024 the show received a season 4 renewal.
