• Performs daily routine mechanical maintenance for Plaster and Plasterboard Plant • Conduct maintenance daily checklist • Checks on machine function at the earliest possible time and ensure 100% on line equipment • Make reports regarding machine condition and other pertinent data by logging it on the specified logbook for downtime tracking and history • Checks and inspects production equipment before and after leaving the line to conform with the requirements of 100% on line equipment • Fills out preventive maintenance checklist and machine history log book, to update what action had been taken to a particular machine. • Ensures orderliness and housekeeping of production line by checking and • keeping equipment and tools in proper order during preventive maintenance • Summarizes preventive maintenance downtime and submits report as stipulated by Preventive Maintenance Engineer • Maintains optimum spare parts usage and small tool consumption through diligent set-up • Undertakes intensive preventive maintenance by cleaning and dusting and other related • Preventive Maintenance activities on a particular machines keep them in good working • condition • Actively participates in company’s improvement action project like WCM to improve Equipment uptime and reliability through AM,PM Focus Improvement, safety etc. • Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
