- To evaluate physical / performance characteristics of raw materials, semi and finished products at all stages of production. - To analyze, summarize and record resultant data and retain properly coded samples. - To monitor overall hygiene of lab and personnel. - To assist in production trials on new materials, lab batches, competitor samples. - To assist in vendor qualification procedure by testing and reporting on submitted samples. - To ensure that all equipments are operating properly. - To review and discuss quality problems with the QC/QA Manager. - To maintain all data files in the lab up to date. - Responsible for fulfilling all SHE (Safety, Health, Environment and Quality) related issues required at this job provided from the Safety Officer.
