Reverse Osmosis (RO) System Maintenance: • Conduct routine inspections of RO system components, including membranes, pressure vessels, pumps, and valves. • Monitor and adjust operating parameters to ensure optimal performance and water quality. • Implement cleaning procedures for membranes to prevent fouling and scaling. • Replace membranes as needed based on performance and manufacturer recommendations. Chemical Treatment and Water Quality: • Utilize water treatment chemicals to prevent scaling, fouling, and corrosion within the RO system. • Conduct regular water quality testing to monitor parameters such as pH, conductivity, and total dissolved solids (TDS). • Adjust chemical dosages based on water quality test results to maintain system efficiency. Wastewater Treatment System Maintenance: • Perform regular sampling and testing of wastewater to monitor parameters such as pH, BOD, COD, TSS, and ammonia. • Optimize biological treatment processes, ensuring proper aeration, temperature, and nutrient levels. • Manage sludge removal and disposal to prevent buildup and maintain treatment efficiency. Equipment Maintenance: • Schedule and perform routine maintenance on wastewater treatment equipment, including pumps, mixers, and aerators. • Address equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operations. Monitoring and Control: • Calibrate and maintain monitoring sensors and instruments to ensure accurate measurements
