This article contains spoilers for The Acolyte episodes 1 & 2.The first two episodes of The Acolyte feature an entire cast of new Jedi, adding to the long list of those who appear in Star Wars canon. Set 100 years before the Star Wars movies, The Acolyte portrays a different incarnation of the Jedi Order, yet one that foreshadows its ultimate fate in the prequel trilogy. The Jedi are noble in their pursuit of justice, but The Acolyte isn't afraid to address their flaws, hinting at the titular character's motivation for hunting them down.
