Harry Hole probably should have suspected the killer in The Snowman was someone close to him, and the ending clears up a lot of the mystery surrounding the culprit. The 2017 British thriller follows Harry working with Katrine Bratt to solve the mystery of a killer murdering women and leaving a snowman behind. Harry works tirelessly to solve the case, considering many suspects along the way but not getting to the bottom of the murders until the end of the film. The Snowman is based on the 2007 novel of the same name by Jo Nesb. Unfortunately, The Snowman was not met with praise like the novel was despite being highly anticipated among fans.
