Matt Damon and Ben Affleck's work together runs 35 years deep, but their next joint movie will mark their first-ever genre-specific collaboration. Long before bursting onto the Hollywood scene, Damon and Affleck were childhood buddies in Boston. Their acquaintance made the earliest film projects of their late teens and early twenties extra special, as in movies like Field of Dreams and School Ties, they got to share the experience.
