While funny, Inside Out 2's parody of Bluey misses the point of what makes the show dear to so many. Bloofy is an animated purple dog with buck teeth and a blue hat who is first introduced to audiences in Inside Out 2. He is a fictional 2D character from Bloofy's House, which is Riley's favorite childhood TV show. Though Bloofy has similar characteristics as many shows aimed at the preschool demographic, the character is widely assumed to be a parody of the titular character of Bluey with them both being dogs and having close-sounding names.
