The announcement of Toy Story 5s premise means that Andy probably wont be returning in the movie, despite all the theories to the contrary and for now, thats a good thing. Although Toy Story 3 was touted as the final chapter, and then Toy Story 4 was touted as the final chapter, Disney still wants to make more money from this property, so its got Pixar working on Toy Story 5. After Disney suffered a string of box office bombs, returning CEO Bob Iger decided to focus on sequels to the studios most reliable franchise and that includes Toy Story.
