The MCU has grown so large over the years that many actors who've appeared in different series have also appeared in the superhero franchise - which is notably true for 15 actors who also had roles in Charlie Brooker's Black Mirror. Marvel Studios has had fantastic success when it comes to casting of the universe, with some actors being essentially synonymous with their characters at this point. Another interesting aspect of Marvel Studios is their ability to bring in prestigious actors for smaller parts, or one-off roles, as well.
