I Can’t Believe The Venom Movie Series Was Over 5 Times More Successful At The Box Office Than All The Franchise’s Other Films Put Together

It's wild that Venom's movie franchise was so successful that it outperformed the rest of Sony's Spider-Man Universe by more than five times the total global box office. The first installment of Sony's Spider-Man Universe, Venom, earned promising results upon its release in 2018 after debuting one of the most popular characters associated with Spider-Man. Unfortunately, this initial success would fail to bear much fruit as subsequent installments of Sony's Spider-Man franchise failed to inspire half as much enthusiasm from fans as it introduced even more minor characters like Morbius and Madame Web.
