- Receive and forward phone calls - Maintaining and organizing office files - Assisting, supporting, and supervising employees and workers - Arranging meetings and scheduling appointments, especially meeting dates - Preparing the daily mail, including letters, notes, administrative documents, and reports - Building and maintaining a strong relationship with clients - Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization - Maintain office procedures and policies - Scheduling travel dates and preparing all related procedures such as booking tickets etc... - Preparing reports, outlines, and handling the presentations - Able to provide minor repairs to equipment in case of its breakdown - Follows up with the machinery and equipment companies signed contracts and our company - Organizing and arranging the files of all employees and workers in the company - Solve long-term tasks - Track and list expenses and report it to officials. - Writing and modifying documents
