While Denis Villeneuve's Dune: Part Two sets up the highly anticipated Dune: Part Three, another film may not be the best way to conclude the epic saga. In fact, Dune 3 won't serve the franchise as well as a Dune miniseries that tackles the fall of Paul Atreides (Timothe Chalamet) and the rise of his children, Leto II and Ghanima. In Dune 2's ending, Paul liberates Arrakis, but his actions come at a huge cost one that he tried to avoid. The Fremen, who are so inspired by their messiah figure, begin a bloody holy war in Paul's name.
