Budgeting • Preparation of Sales Budget • Allocation of Budgets – Region / Team member wise • Comparing the year-on-year growth/ de-growth and making an in-depth analysis (Product / Category wise) • Forecasting, Planning, Implementing and devising mechanism to achieve the Budgets Strategic Intervention • Devise new strategies to increase revenue / sales in untapped markets • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence • Using insights derived from performance reviews and market research to tweak systems / propose new business horizon, as needed • Propose Schemes, Promotions, Campaigns, Discounts, Events for increasing revenues and measure effectiveness • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status • Devise Mechanism for payment collection Public Relations • Managing a portfolio of existing customers and acquiring new customers • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs • Managing the loyalty of customers by constant follow ups & required intervention Managing team • Assigning work / targets to Sales Representatives in an equitable manner • Hosting ongoing training to ensure that employees are familiar with our product releases • Managing sales force and assist them in planning to achieve the desired targets by guiding them and create opportunity for them so that they can deliver the sales plan • Mentor and motivate the team to achieve individual and team objectives • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
