Recently, it was announced that Angels Egg, a cult classic film by Mamoru Oshii of Ghost in the Shell fame, would be getting a 4K remaster for its 40th anniversary, with Oshii, himself, even overseeing the production. While not as well-known as Oshiis other works, the film has still maintained a loyal fanbase over the years, so theres a lot of excitement to be had following the announcement.
