Job brief: - We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads, scheduling meetings, and helping to drive business growth. This position is remote, but you will be required to attend office meetings in Dammam or Khobar as needed. Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads. - Engage in effective communication to understand customer needs and present our services. - Schedule meetings between potential clients and our sales team. - Maintain a detailed log of calls, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system. - Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls and meetingsset. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts and improve conversion rates.
