Captain Marvel's main antagonist is the Kree commander Yon-Rogg, who turns on his apprentice Carol Danvers and tries to eliminate the Skrulls. Captain Marvel defeats Yon-Rogg, but chooses to spare his life in order to send a warning to the Supreme Intelligence.
