Sources have confirmed that the zombie in the 28 Years Later trailer is not Cillian Murphy. 28 Years Later is the third film in the 28 Days Later franchise, which began with the 2002 film written by Alex Garland. The threequel features almost an entirely new cast, posing a new story in the same universe as the other zombie horror films in the budding trilogy. 28 Years Later features a leading cast including Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Erin Kellyman, Edvin Ryding, Jack O'Connell, Jodie Comer, Ralph Fiennes, and Chi Lewis-Parry. It also includes Cillian Murphy reprising his role as Jim.
