The Poohniverse: Monsters Assemble movie receives a release update from the franchise's producer and director. The Twisted Childhood Universe, which reimagines characters from children's media as murderous villains, began in 2023 with Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey, which was followed by the 2024 sequel, Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey 2. Upcoming installments include Peter Pan's Neverland Nightmare, Bambi: The Reckoning, and Pinocchio: Unstrung – all culminating in the crossover Poohniverse: Monsters Assemble movie, which is slated for release in 2025.
